Age of Old Souls |

This might be a silly question, but when we say 'old soul', what kind of timespan of existence, or perhaps number of lives are we speaking of?
Thank you Even in a world of steel and concrete, there are those who thirst for blood.

One of our members claimed that He is older than two of the three world religions.
A bit over 2 thousands years. I asume that Razor (hell, she left us again, didn't She?) is older than that. 5000 years perhaps? And know that the age of a soul isn't the only thing that matters, because one soul can have lived 3 full lifetimes in 100 year, and another one just takes a vacation the same period. |

When I read Old Soul, the first things that come up in my mind is experience, memories, scars. Time/Age is but a tool to brag about or listen to. It's
cliché but we're all the same when it comes to measuring lifespans. The real difference is, one would have seen the world in a week and the other
would've life his whole life in a comatose routine.

Thank you both.
I was actually not expecting to read precise numbers, rather something relative. But seriously, what if a soul 'takes a vacation'? It still gathers knowledge and experience during that time, doesn't it? Even in a world of steel and concrete, there are those who thirst for blood.

The age means less then the amount learned in it's time. I do everything I can to give all I have learned to younger souls to teach then along their path.
If you want numbers for me I have been able to find about 12 billion years old which means that I was born at the estimated birth of this current universe. If
you don't believe it that is your choice but I even if what I remember is true I still feel I have much to learn.

Thank you for the feedback,
To be honest with what is floating around in my head, I don't find what you say unbelievable. Thing is that in my case things are too blurred to accept any of it without serious questioning and events have enormous gaps between them. I'd be very interested to hear about it however, if you would like to share more of course. Even in a world of steel and concrete, there are those who thirst for blood.

I think the problem with this is the fact that the time, as we know it here, doesn't exist on other plains of existence. Which is why any number needs to
be taken with a grain of salt...as we obviously don't spend all our time being in our walking shells in this physical world
